Poetry: Leaving

Leaving

I'm leaving you and this is the truth.

This time it's for real no matter what you do.

I'd listen to your lies, and I'd heard your cries.

You haven't change, and neither did your pain.

The pain you caused, has been a strain.

Maybe once I'm gone, you'll realize I wasn't wrong.

For not holding on to the love we once knew.

You made this decision, when you marked me black and blue.
