to run as a presidential candidate for the Republican Party in 2012. Now, because of his admissions, he is off of the list. Don't you think that is punishment enough? I feel he has already been beaten up by his own admissions. He probably has already found out who his true friends are as a result of these revelations. I believe he is suffering a lot. I believe his wife and children have suffered a lot. All of them are suffering embarrassment. He is suffering from guilt.

I would ask that society and his state give him one more chance. If he messes up, then oust him. No one is perfect. Because he seems to want to be clear on where he stands, I am sure that he has the moral conviction to step down when he feels he is ready to make a permanent choice between his family and Maria Chapur. I feel sorry for him because he hasn't known Maria Belen Chapur very well. She may be exiting to him, and he may have thought he found someone whom he could dream about, but he will discover that all was just a mirage. He will never be happy knowing he did his family wrong. We cannot have every shoe in the store. We can only wear one pair at a time. I trust that he and his wife, Jenny will be able to work on repairing their marriage for the sake of the four boys. Even though they don't fully understand what has gone on, I am sure they will forgive their father. If they will forgive him, so may we.
