The Iranian protest about the recent questionable elections. Will eventually be silenced by their brutal, ruling regime. This time!
But there is no doubt that change is definitely in store for the Iranian people. In the hopefully, not so distant future. It has been made quite clear by the youth, and the more moderates of Iran. That they are more than ready for a change in their life's and country. Even though the ruling Clerics have tried their very best to silence the protest currently going on in their country. Because of the new technology thats available to the citizenery of this once," citizen-silent nation". The ruling Clerics as well as their chosen government officials, have been unable to totally silence the majority of their people who are calling for a change in their way of life.
Even though the ruling party banned all foreign news correspondents from filming any of the peaceful protest rallies, and marches. The very brave and stalwart people of Iran. Used their cell phone camera's to broadcast to the world, what was actually happening in cities such as Tehran. There were literally hundreds of thousands of citizens in this country. Marching in protest of what they themselves termed as a rigged, or stolen election. Instigated by the Hardliners in the now governmental parties and ruling Clerics. But as was clearly evident by these cell phone videos, which were broadcast live on sites such as Twitter, and Facebook. Change for the better, is most definitely in the wind!
For those of us in the Democratic nations around the world. It was a beautiful sight to behold! Because most of these watching nation's had to struggle for their own freedom, somewhere in their distant past. Some of those watching had had to go through the exact same type of bondage. Under a sometimes distant, uncaring, extremely brutal regime or governmental system. They had lost contact with their own people, and had kept them enslaved to an ideology, that the vast majority no longer wanted or desired!
So of course. The Hardliners of this Government immediately look for someone to blame for this uprising. Never once, even beginning to imagine that they themselves were to blame for this social upheaval. As always , it seems to be the Imperalist Infidels of distant America that are to blame. For anything that may go wrong among the citizens of their oppressed society. How easy it must have been at one time to place the blame for their lot in life, on the Infidels of the West. But no longer can the Iranian ruling party hide behind this falsehood. Because their people now have access to the rest of the world! Through the advent of the Internet, cell phone camera's and high speed data transmissions. It's now virtually impossible to keep their populace isolated from the rest of the world. As they could, and would have done, so easily in the past!
Yes, the Ruling Clerics may in fact silence the latest protest and social upheavals. But the time of change for the Iranian people is quickly approaching, and it won't be silenced by the Hardliner governments for much longer. Because the people of Iran have had enough of such brutal oppression, and wish to have a life of more promise for their children. And when the hundreds of thousands become millions. That's when you will see the change that no form of Government can stop or control!
