Sleeping is one of the most underrated bodily functions. That's right, it's a bodily function, but sometimes we forget how important it is, since most of us can for long times without it.
We need to eat, drink, breathe, release wastes, and sleep. All of these functions are equally important for healthy living.
What does sleep do?
-Rests your body.
-Restoration and repair for your body.
-Helps nervous system.
-Helps you grow.
Basically it is important for you physically and mentally.
What happens when you don't sleep?
-Drowsy
-Hallucination
-De pression
-Illness
If you don't sleep, then you can't do things properly. Everything you do becomes more dangerous and more difficult.
Some natural ways to keep up your sleep are:
1. Sleep at the same time everyday.
2. Use your bed for sleep only.
3. Don't try to sleep when hungry.
4. Don't try to sleep if you're not sleepy.
5. Exercise regularly.
6. Herbal teas, warm milk, turkey, can help you sleep.
7. Finish what you need to before sleeping if possible (less to think about)
8. Avoid napping.
9. Meditate.
Sleep is very important, and it is not as easily done as it seems. It actually takes some effort to sleep, but it should be relaxing. Don't underestimate the dangers of sleep deprivation.
