Wives are obligated to their husbands and should remain so till death do them part. This stipulates that she should bring him good, not harm all the days of her life (Prov 31:12). This also implies that she should not be in support of anything that could cause harm to the man and neither should she participate in such actions, for any reason at all.

If what binds them together is love, as it should be, we are taught that Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres (1Cor 13:6,7). So if the wife really loves her husband, allowing him to watch porn movies, which would destroy the man and destroy the sanctity of marriage, will be out of the point.

What are men who watch porn movies looking for? Sexual gratification out or marriage. They are stimulating their minds and bodies by watching actual immoral sex between two depraved human beings. The act is cybersex and to me it is no less evil than the men actually going to those hookers to have their turn. Therefore, it is also an adulterous practice. Christ warned that if a man looks lustfully at a woman he has committed the act with her in his mind. Many have argued that the man's interest in his wife's body wanes because of the changes the wife must have undergone with age and childbirth. But I say these are wrong basis for love. The physical attraction is important but man must, above all other things, fall in love with his wife's heart. In sex, the principle must be the older the sweeter. Come to think of it, is the man also getting younger?

The women who are used in porn movies are always turning to nervous wreck. Some of them turned bad because they were also frustrated in marriages by men who cheated and abuse them. They lose their self esteem and they eventually hate themselves and the men who use them in such degrading ways to make money. To watch and derive pleasure from such self-destructive life style is also a sin. The Bible says that we are the temples of the Holy Spirit. It is abominable to yield the temple of God to other uses apart from worshipping Him in Spirit, and in Truth.

I do not know how the wives of men who enjoy watching these kind of evil would ever be happy and peaceful feeling the presence of other women in their houses, defiling their marriage beds. Could they ever be sure that their husband's mind is ever with them even when they make love? Surely, the man, having expressed his lost of interest in his wife's body and mind by looking for cybersex in the first place, would continue to day dream about the shapes of the actresses and their moans of sinful.

It should be considered a height of discourtesy and betrayal of marriage vows for a man's mind to be engrossed with a woman who is not his wife. To go further and import the hookers into the house in form of magazines or video clips to amuse himself at the expense of his wife is one step too far. It is simply cheating.

This act should be seen for what it is; as a pollution of the soul, a blemish to the sanctity of marriage, and a painful betrayal of trust. The couple are no longer one flesh as God made them. Immoral women and seductress have put them asunder. Why on earth should wives permit their men to destroy themselves and the strings that tie them together? Why should such evil be abetted in a marriage? No, I think wives should vehemently say No and seek help to liberate their husbands from this trap of the devil.
