myself up unnecessarily. The larger my ego, the greater the darkness... and the more chaos in my life.
Kabbalah is about discovering my "hidden ego" aka "hidden fears" and doing the work to eliminate it-It also gives me the mechanisms to be able to unblock the things that prevent me from achieving my goals.
Kabbalah is a systematic routine that enforces me to think about myself and how to transform into a better person instead of focusing on what is wrong with everyone else.
It is not a religion,
Nor a way of life as its Jewish roots-
It is a set of principles,
Yes, glamourised by a celeb adoration-
Yet so precisely correct,
Spot on and useful.
The principles of Kabbalah can be used by people of all faiths, religions or no religions. Many use them already without even knowing. You can still practice Christianity and incorporate the principles of Kabbalah into your life.
Kabbalah predominately reminds me about positive energies and the power of thinking positively in order to enhance my life.
Nothing in this life is coincidental or accidental, everything does happen for a reason and a bad outcome, was asked for long ago... indirectly... without a person knowing.
Kabbalah recognises this indirect wish as negative thoughts and energies through minor energy fields and bad thinking patterns-
In summary, all darts of life are connected and sometimes the "worst" thing to happen in life can often be the best thing, although not understood at the time.
Life is a continual learning process,
Mistakes must be made in order for lessons to be learnt.
And after a bit of interrogation, much speculation-
I hope I have clarified a pathway for me that no cross will ever.
