"I Lost 100 Pounds in a Week!"
Yep, that's probably going to kill you. I often stumble across advertisements such as this one (maybe not as outrageous, but close) that promise results that are not achievable.
With much research and experimentation, I have come up with the perfect weight lost solution. Here is is:
Eat Less.
Move More.
Simple as that. You can lose anywhere from 1-3 pounds a week if you just follow this simple plan. I have been trying miracle diets and exercise plans for years, and none of them work like this one does.
Most diets don't work because people mess up and have that piece of cake that they wanted...then it's the end of the world and they give up and return to their old (fat) ways. So here is what I suggest... Eat what you want. Do you want that cake? Have it! But the catch is to have it in moderation. Eat a small piece - s-l-o-w-l-y. You'll feel just as satisfied, and you won't feel bad. Same goes with meals, eat half of that steak, s-l-o-w-l-y... Eating slowly gives your body time to process that it's full.
Move More. Exercise. Even walking 30 minutes a day will help you lose those extra pounds that you don't want. If you want to get more into it... walk on a treadmill, on an incline. Walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator. Walk the dog... Walk to work. Do whatever you need to do. (But if you walk to work, leave early!)
Remember, not everyone is going to look like that model on TV, so most importantly, aim to be healthy (with a hint of sexiness too)
Eat Less, Move More.
