2) A contact list on a persons cell phone is nothing more than a little black book that use to be carried around by single men. It keeps phone numbers and e-mail addresses for quick access. A cell phone is the same thing. If you have only women or you only have men on your cell phone to call at a moments notice don't flaunt it to your date. This will destroy any trust you may have built during your dating time together.

3) There have been many intimate moments interrupted because of a text message coming to a cell phone. You have the choice to answer it if it is important, or you can answer a stupid text someone sent you to forward ten times and neglect your date. Texting during a relationship can be done in a respectful way if it is used in moderation. Do not make texting a habit if you are considering a good foundation for a relationship. The abuse of texting to much will have you sitting in your bedroom by yourself, when you could be out on a date having fun with a real person.

Texting has become the new way to hamper many good relationships when dating. We should realize what modern technology is doing to a society that relies on interaction and not only through text words or a voice on a cell phone, Interaction is best done in the presence of each other while you enjoy the company of the other. Texting is taking all of this away.
