Winding this trail taken by two individuals, sharing in step rhythm for one another. As each glimpse works its way toward the person of choice, the sensastion of arousal begins to come clear. This is no longer just the friend whom you never would betray. This is now a being who can bring the very best from deep within to a peak of arousal, with just a simple stare. I now live my life to see the happiness flow rapid from this gorgeous person drawing near. How indeed could this one simple figure, fit so eloquently on this pedestal I create within my mind. Only one answer fits the mold of the question I will eventually ask. Fear enters slightly, knowing the answer may simply crush the way I feel inside. Too soon it must be, if for any reason rejection could be felt from two souls tightly embraced. As the body aches from what must be anticipation, our trend moves inward without the reason for even a word to be spoken. At last, the question can be raised.

Poetry: What is love?
Is it love, this warmth inside? A glowing.
A growing sense. An indecisive mind.
Fractured light on searching
The crescent moon
suspended
like a pendulum
in the sky.
It starts to swing in sync
with the tides.
Always changing
but constant

This thing called Love
Shares the taste of sweet bitter emotion
A shoulder to lean on
Unconditional devotion
Then again
by Ronnie Reese
It’s a movement in the mind
A tugging at the heart,
The jerking of your chain
That pulls your world apart.
This feeling,
Love is life's sweet reward,
for without it
life would be a meaningless
abyss.
Love has no reason,
but infinite purpose.
