Farrah Fawcett was born on 2 February at Corpus Christi, Texas, USA. She was a pleasant looking woman who could get far with just a fresh face. She didn't need makeup, she needed to be just out in public and the public noticed her. She was voted the Beautiful Woman by her high school colleagues. This gave her a good reputation.
In the 1960's she broke out in the film and television world, She got guest starring roles such as ones on popular show I Dream of Jeanie in 1965, and The Flying Nun in 1967, and The Partridge Family in 1970. This gave her some notice, even from the likes of series actor Lee Majors, who starred in 1974 series The Six Million Dollar Man. Farrah managed to get a few guest spots on the show in four episodes, and this got her even more acclaim. However it was the pose she made in a red bathing suit that really got the public's interest - it sold over 8 million copies - launching her as a type of sex symbol of the era.
After poster release she was cast in 1976 hit Charlie's Angels, for which she received $10, 000 dollar for each episode that she completed. Farrah however was not actually bound in the binds of gratitude, she claimed that her pay check was too low, and would not continue unless she were given a more sizeable one. This was not granted, and she left the show in 1977. However, the producers actually pushed up a legal law suit battle, in order to get her back to complete the series until the end of its term. She agreed to return, and she thundered through strained performances in six guest spots, until 1979.
Her relationships did not go well after this time, and she dropped her husband in order to pick up a boyfriend named Ryan O Neal. She stayed by his side for a long term period that spanned across 1980 and expanded until 1997. In the year 1998 Farrah was severely injured by a person named James Orr, after she had turned down his request for them to get married.
Despite rocky relationships she endured through the years picking up roles in movies and TV series. She made Sunburn in 1979, Saturn 3 in 1980, The Connonball Run in 1981, The Burning Red in 1984, Extremities 1986, Small Sacrifices 1989, Good Sports 1991, The Apostle 1997, and The Guardian 2003.
In 2006 she was diagnosed as having cancer, and then she was diagnosed as having leukaemia. In 2007 on her 60th birthday she was labelled as being cancer free. She gave a sigh of relief at this prospect, however somehow it managed to make a comeback, and on June 25, 2009 she actually died in Santa Monica, California, USA, from terminal cancer.
