Poetry: The state of my heart

by Jason Todd

Created on: June 27, 2009

Blue Wine

Sing me to sleep

Nestle me deep

In the pool where your dreams grew up wild

I can't say that I drink

And won't say that I think

That ambrosia is lovely, blue fiction

If it goes to my head

Just convey me to bed

And please pour me a new contradiction
