Peace From God

Where can I find peace,

when my mind is a blur?

Where can I find calm,

when the seas of this world

storm into a whirl?

How do I ward off these evil foes,

amd come out the victor-

when the earthquakes of life

always rage past the richter?

What I never grasp,

never seem to hold onto,

is that the Lord Jesus

is The One to cry out to!

He wages war,

and it's you He is for.

So trust in His strength.

He will save you, and go to any length

to make sure you are safe.
