All living things are a form of energy in themselves. You would have heard about zero life force energy. This means that your body is a mass of energy. It has all the properties for healing and well being. However, our body is constantly exposed to many chemicals. Chemical, meaning e-smog, smoke, radiation from cell phones and computers, pollution, people and many others which drain our energy.
Haven't you noticed that you feel extremely tired after an hour at your laptop! Haven't you noticed that your ears feel tired after that long conference call over the cell phone! Our natural body is full of energy. However, that energy is always, constantly being drained by free radicals. Therefore, it becomes essential that we take the necessary precautions to restore the natural balance of our body such that the energy level is closer to our life force energy itself. There are many ways this can be achieved. I have categorized them into different categories. Namely, psychological, medicinal, spiritual, athletic and therapeutic.
Psychological way to boost your energy
Firstly, make this your mantra "stay away from people who drain your energy." To boost your energy level, you need to balance your mind. To do this, you need to get rid of all the negative energies as much as possible.This could mean those who tell you to be normal, to be more practical when you are trying to be creative. Stay away from those who especially talk to you only when they are in trouble or to tell your their woes. Stay away from people who belittle your dreams. Stay away from people who constantly stray on the negative side, in terms of talking, in terms of thinking and in terms of advising. This does not mean you become a loner as this world is filled with many such people. This only means that you need to know where to draw the line. Trust me, you will know you are being drained of your energy when you are around such people.
Medicinal way to boost your energy
Next, take your daily dose of multi vitamins. This does not mean you consume anything and everything. There are many health supplements available in the market. Do a research and choose the multi vitamins that you are comfortable with. Also, check with your family doctor to recommend you one. Do not treat this as a expenditure. This is necessary to ensure that you do not incur extra expenditures in future. In this fast p[aced society, we do not have time to cook and consume healthy food.
