THE DAY I DIED
I watched the children play
in the meadow of the sky
laughing and joking, just having fun
I watched the children play
on the day I died
I asked the maker of the universe
why, why had I died
without ever breathing the breath of life
that precious breath of life
And I want to know
why I was never loved
and why my mommy gave me up
tears fill my little eyes
here by my makers side
my maker takes me in his arms
and dries my little eyes
quietly he whispers
child, you are mine
and I will always love you

Poetry: On abortion
A quick resolution to a difficult situation
She will lie helpless on her back, silently enduring the invasion
The burden
by TrystynLynn
I close my eyes
The distinct smell of a clinic
Sterillized steel
Ascent all too familiar to the senses
The sharp jabbing
Every Wednesday, standing outside
I nearly broke down and cried
Seeing her pass on by
Taking her own baby to die
No there's
by Max Grim
We talk about protecting our children,
making it a better world for them.
We murder unborn babies,
convinced it is right,
because
TO MOMMY
I wish that I could talk to you; I have so much to say,
Some questions that need answers, I wish there was a way.
