God's beautiful mountain
God kissed the mountaintop, gave warmth to the the snow. Melting in His presence and began to flow.
Eager to nourish His dry thirsty land. This is the way God had it planned.
Caresse's each wild flower that lives on the slope. Flowing to them and giving them hope.
Giving life to all creature's large and small. Nothing more beautiful that I can recall.
The birds sing a song of renewal and love. They know their provision comes from above.
As the mountain is losing its snow covered sides. The river is filling with the water it provides.
Embracing each drop as it enters the stream. This is all in God's perfect theme.

They are ancient

White capped in snow's own veil,
Have seen environmental
He walked on the ridge of the mountains
thus he got his name, kah-nug-da-tla-geh;
Ridgewalker, man who walks on the ridge.
Fierce
Princeton towers above the valley floor,
Grey-purple face against the baby blue sky.
Stuck here in the flatlands,
I dream of
