How to celebrate Power of a Smile Day

There are a number of very special holidays that many people have not heard of. One of these little known about holidays is a very wonderful day that occurs each and every June 15th. It is "Power Of A Smile Day" and it is a day that each and every person is encouraged to participate in. So how do you celebrate "Power Of A Smile Day"? Well, that is simple, you just have to smile.

There is a lot of power in a little smile and this is the concept behind "Power Of A Smile Day". It is a day when people are encouraged to use the power within a smile to enrich their own lives, as well as the lives of others, and to do this by simply smiling as often as you can.

It is a proven fact that smiling will make you feel good, but it not only makes you feel good, it also makes those around you feel good too. It is a proven fact that smiles are contagious. They are a universal greeting of friendship and with good reason. When you smile your brain releases a little chemical message known as an Endorphin. This feel good message travels down your spine sending out feelings of nice fuzzy warm comfort and security as it goes. These Endorphins are powerful enough to remove feelings of both emotional and physical pain and they impart to you a sensation of intense pleasure and relaxation.

The best part of "Power Of A Smile Day" is that every time that you smile, you will release Endorphins into your body, and the happier that you feel, then the more often it is that you will smile. Your smile doesn't even have to be a genuine smile to begin with, because the more often that you smile, then the more genuine it is that your smile will become.

A simple smile has the power to make you happy but it can also make a lot of other people happy too. When you smile at someone else, and they smile back, then you have passed along a little happiness to another person. You have the power within you to make the world a little happier place to be and all that you have to do is smile.

To really truly celebrate "Power Of A Smile Day" you have only to get out and share your smile with as many people as you are able to. Use the power of your smile to improve your quality of life and to improve the quality of life of others. It's not expensive, and it's not difficult, you just have to smile. Remember that it only takes seventeen muscles to smile while it takes forty-three muscles to frown. This means that your body actually wants you to smile.

So get out there on June 15th and celebrate "Power Of A Smile Day" with one huge smile, and then another, and then another, and another, and another.

Happy "Power Of A Smile Day"!
