Household chores that Help To Burn off calories fast
Before you start housework, you must set your mind to its cleaning mode. Put music on that you can enjoy, with a great beat. Fill a large 20 oz glass of ice, and put in any drink you prefer, however, staying away from sugar will help quicken the losing process.
Start in the kitchen and get the dishes washed or load them into the dishwasher to run. Then clean the sink, stove and countertops with disinfectant, and then anything else that it waist level. Now it is time to sweep the floor, or vacuum depending on the kind you have. Make long strokes back and forth motions. Change hands to have equal benefits with each arm.
We are ready to mop! Fill your bucket with hot soapy water. Pinesol works great, or any other kind on the market, you can always use Vinegar with water, which is green thinking. Start at the far side of the kitchen working your way out, and remember to wash floors twice before moving on to the next section. Continue until you kitchen floors are complete.
Dusting can be fun if you use a nice smelling scent. Spray on your cloth and go to town dusting everything you can see, if you need a stool for the ceiling fans or high shelves find one. Going up and down will help the heart rate go up. Once dusting is over vacuuming needs to commence.
Vacuuming is another calories' burner; always use long stroke movement while pushing and pulling back and forth until the carpets are finished. If you need to use you vacuum wand attachment to get corners and areas that the vacuum will not enter.
Wash windows with a step stool to reach the high areas. Sliding glass window are always a joy to clean, however, you need to clean both sides. Vinegar and water can be use for about anything to clean and to stay green; it cleans as well as the cleaners on the market.
Drinking fluids will keep you going full speed, and help you stay in your cleaning mode. Turn up the music if you go into a room and cannot hear it. Make it as loud as you need it to be. Take out all the garbage, and wash down walls where you see dirt, or hand prints. Any type of housework you choose to help you lose weigh will work as long as you stay off your hinny.
Fold clothes or talk on the phone while standing and bending. Get your muscles warmed up and moving to help you lose. You will sweat off some calories washing and waxing your car, or washing the dogs. Why spend the extra money working out at a facility when you can workout at home, and have a clean house and dog at the same time.
