Parents of Soldiers

Our Baby Boy our only Son,
His life as a Soldier has just begun.

Just as his Father and Grandfather before,
Considered it an Honor to go to war.

To fight for his family and what we believe,
Our safety and well being he knows he must achieve.

He is very determined and he is very brave,
To give it his all and his Country to save.

Though his parents will worry every minute
every day,
In their hearts they know the price they may pay,
If it wasn't for our Soldiers protecting our ways.

To think our present war is wrong
would be a grave mistake.

Think about our Baby Boy our only Son,
Who's Soldier's life has just begun.

Is he so wrong to believe,
He is protecting you and me?

If his blood is shed, will he have died in vain,
So death and distruction of his Country is all
that will remain.

Just like his Father and Grandfather before,
Our safety, God and Freedom is what he's fighting for.
