Is China on the slippery slope to a fully capitalistic society?
Please stand up because you feel that China is about to join the western democracies and become a fully capitalist society. Is it your belief that since China has adopted some of the "trappings" of capitalism that it is about to get rid of centralized government, and allow all religions to flourish, and the average citizen to actually influence those in the "forbidden city" that run the country?
There has been an outpouring of fear, and chest beating from some members of the press, and other than the Democratic Party that have said that if the United States allows socialized medicine that we are on the slippery slope to becoming the Socialist United States of America. I am not among the group who has taken up the need to get rid of Obama now, as he is the chief strategist of that inevitable decline of the United States of America, and after socialized medicine he is going to control all businesses in the United States, and he will also, apparently, give all our money and power into the United Nations. I am also not among those who state that everything he has done in his life consists of being a community organizer, and a non-citizen of the United States (he was born elsewhere) or have I wondered that since I don't know where he got the money to go to college that he got it from "them", and he will have to do what "they" say.
Getting back to the global threat of universal socialism/communism (just call me Joe McCarthy) there are not socialists behind every rock, and they, the universal "conspiracy" of socialists/communists, waiting for the second term of Obama, in order to take over our country and turn it over to the latter day "chairman Mao". Honest, I've checked behind some of those rocks, and as usual they are business men who want power and they want to work for the current administration in order to wield power. It has ever been so in this great nation.
I am not waiting for the US, China, Russia, and North Korea to become blood brothers and become one nation with our capitol in the Kremlin, or the Forbidden City, or the Korean capitol. However, if you listen to some members of the Universal Republican Party you might think that was about to take place. It's possible, but I am not waiting to take a pilgrimage to the Kremlin. Not just yet.
Barack Obama became the 44th President of the United States as the country was not looking for the Bush families 4th term, but a new beginning. We voted for the man who said that Iraq was not our just war, that is Afghanistan. We did not vote for Obama due to a perceived need to change our way of government; just the policies of John McCain. America is now and will continue to be a free, democratic, capitalist country.
