Reproduction is a God given right. You are naturally prepared to bear at least 4 children in a lifetime. Any family that touts less than that per household is engaged in activity that is not promoting the human existence as a full engagement. Schools do this naturally, they promote the human agenda. Man's body is prepared to generate viable sperm at around 13 years of age, I would guess the female body is able to bear young without complications at around 16 to 17 years of age. Societies do not readily call the youth at this age to start producing, though the mechanisms are functioning and being investigated by thier owners. To have responsible societies means locations that promote child bearing and community. To be at such a stage as a community means that individual differences are resolved and a certain harmony exists in the community between all participants.

It further assumes that the system assumes the newborns as assets and values thier existence as members of the community. Avoiding the contact of flesh to flesh with prophylactics is a measure used by uncertain parties, unexamined investigaters, and untrusted partners. The mind in that stage is not one to induce a future of embracing an expected or unexpected infant. Intercourse is passion of male to female or female to male. It is the consumation of love or affection toward the human attractiveness generatewd by that person. Respect of the person means provision for this element. Man should realize that society with a capital S is based on the home family structure. The decisions in raising a child without prejudice or peculiarities are made at that Father's table first. When removed from this altar we add different light to the objective or casing of the proposal of shelter.

A life is basic to living, it joins the roles needed to fulfill society's objectives, it is ever exploring the environment, subject to its needs, three of which are engrained in the organisms nature, the reproductive capacity, the need to feed itself and the fight or flight mechanism. An organization or an organism is feeding a reduced reasoning scheme when it believes that a community benefits by distributing or dispensing deterents to reproduction. Society is growth, organizing is promotion of growth, govenment leaves at the disposal of the community a means for completion of tasks. Let the governing bodies provide such elements and use organizations to retain access and guidance pertaining to the things at ones disposal.
