Poetry: Poems about death for children

by Author Name Withheld 61

Death of a loved one is all about one and two.

Don't cry your loved one is not far away,

so why not ask them to sit with you in your heart and give you lots of hugs.

Hugs that will leave your air feeling lighter, and heart also too.

Why not decide to be happy. It's all up to you.

Life is a journey of one person's life.

Why not feel their happiness instead of their strife.

Then when their Grandfather clock stops ticking,

you'll see their life unfold, right before both of your eyes.

You were both in this life together,

so come will what may,

it's all about you and the love that came both your ways.

It's not about yeasterday,

it's about now and then.

It will always be about,

when life was open,

and ready for its salior.

It never has to sail off to far out of reach.

For this person's life did teach.
