How can you hurt someone you love? Well most people really don't intend to hurt the person they love and when they do they wish they could take all the hurt back. There is no one on this planet that can honestly say that they have never been hurt by a person they love. Everyone gets their feelings hurt by a person they love, maybe not intentionally, but it does happen. Sometimes people hurt the person they love on a daily basis without even realizing that they have. Other times they know it will hurt the person they love, but never expect their secrets to come out of the closet to hurt the person they love.

Words hurt. Although a lot of the time people say something in anger that they regret later doesn't take the hurt away. In some cases words are one of the most painful sources of hurt a person can experience. Words can cut deep, they can be replayed in a person's mind over and over and they can have many different meanings. One should remember that once they say something hurtful it is heard and people may forgive, but they never forget what has been said. It doesn't matter how many times you wish you can take it back it will be too late. A person should bite their tongue or walk away in the heat of an argument so that they don't say something they wish they had not. It is so much easier to say something than it is to take it back later on once the fire has burned out. A rule of thumb is that when a person says something they should say what they mean and mean what they say because you never know if it will be the last words you get to tell the person you love.

Infidelity is a betrayal many people can not get over. When in a relationship they believe they are the most important person to you. This all changes once a person has become unfaithful in the relationship. It could be an ongoing affair or a one night stand, but the outcome is still the same. It is deep emotional betrayal that many people are not able to get over. They begin to wonder about their worth as a person and sometimes a person gets so depressed they are unsure of who they are anymore. Many times a person who has been cheated on becomes almost crazy if they stay in the relationship wondering if they are being cheated on again or not. The trust in the relationship is broken and that is a hard thing to get back.

Accusations are not a nice thing for either the one being accused or the person doing the accusing. In a relationship there needs to be trust, but once accusations are being thrown
