Drip, Drop.
There it is again.
Life is leaking down the glen.
Please stop.
A promise rises
With the waking day.
You bury yesterday away.
Put on your disguises.
Today will be different.
Look in the mirror
And feel a little trimmer.
The screams silent.
But the craving!
It tickles and crawls
Up the stonewalls.
Submit! Oh God, the screaming!
Now feel the demon
Dip your finger in the crumbs,
Stretch the belly like a drum.
Be still and listen.
Only when
A distant sound echoes
And sends chills to the marrows,
Submit to the cycle again.
Knees drop down
Onto the ground.
Don't forget about the sound!
Think of ways to make it drown.
Turn on the water
And crawl up to the release.
No hope for peace,
You naughty daughter!
Crumbs aside,
Hands grasp the cold sides,
As you twist the insides,
Please, oh please, subside!
Fingers panic and push
As you stab the larynx
And the energy sinks
There! The familiar warm rush.
Now out of breath,
Pour out your soul,
Feel it devour you whole,
And a quick Hello! from death.
Finger the battle scar
On the back of your hand.
The demons now on a different land.
Still, they aren't too far.
Drip, Drop.
Head drops low,
Mascara runs in full flow.
Please stop.

It controls you,
takes over,
you can close your eye's,
wish it away,
yet there it is,
stubborn, stalking,

Bulimia
That terrible feeling
Inside myself
Pushing at my heart through my stomach
I want to change
To be a better me
But what
Buffet lunch
all you can eat
even the dessert
coating stomach walls
teased the intestinal tracts.
Then
evening casted
