Poetry: Letting go

by Annie Gibson

Created on: June 17, 2009

Papa you left so sudden, and it tore me apart.

When you left mom and dad said to let go. But i never could.

I miss you, and though you are in a better place my heart still has a hole.

Even though you are not here, that does not mean I will forget you.

and even though some day I must let go you are always in my heart and I will always love you!
