Did you hear
What the sheep
Was saying
To the man of life
He said
I have no words
To sound
Of complaint
I was born
In partnership
With life
Just making sure
I feed you all
When you need
Me
And all I can say
As part of
That partnership
We find the best
Of going
About things
With respect
And care
For all concerned
I too don't
Like being hurt
In my feelings
Which I can't show
I may be a
Sensitive sheep
But every soul
Brings feelings
To water
The flowers
Of humanity
To give
The colors
To creation
That it deserves

The Sheep
The people live in houses
Surround themselves with walls
While sheep roam free on meadows and fields and drink from
White and woolly until shorn,
then pinkish white and naked-looking.
Suddenly vulnerable under the sun.
When you bottle feed a baby,
It trusts you'll give it care.
Baby lambs so trusting,
Not knowing to beware.
Yes, I tended
The Sheep With Sad Eyes
Little sheep, why are your eyes so sad?
Do you KNOW who the shepherd is?
