Prisms of light filter through morning's dew
Welcomes the birth of a day not pass
Beginnings of the early dance
Awaken to the fresh, crisp breath
Of life and living, existing scents
Beneath the thicket of green velvet shroud
Bear and cubs, fox and deer
Silent, soften steps they search
Twigs and berries, fish and vermin
Sustain and fill their nighttime fast
Fingers of light warm their path
Gives sight to their custom rounds
Home untouch by man and time
Ancient repose without fear and strife
Eternal comfort, peace and rest

Have a gun of words
All the law
Like barking dogs
Will defend you
