Patricia Kelly celebrated her fifty-seventh birthday with some of her friends. The thought of growing older scares her. Patricia won Miss Kaufman County when she was nineteen years-old and she won 3rd place in Miss Citywide beauty pageant. She always workout in the gym, try to maintain her weight, and used several different facial creams to prevent wrinkles. Patricia is vain; she would do almost anything in the world to stay young and beautiful. She did not look to be a woman in her late fifties; she could have passed for the aged of thirty years-old.

Patricia looked in her full size mirror hanging on her bathroom door. Standing naked in front of her mirror, she noticed some sagging in her once perky breasts, some wrinkles in her face, and a few gray streaks in her hair. Patricia best friend Alice told her about a well-known Cosmetic Surgeon her boss uses. "The Cosmetic Surgeon could the wonders with young peachy color skin", said Alice. Patricia had the doctor's office number in her purse. She sat down on her California King sized bed; pull the doctor's card out of her wallet, pick-up her pink telephone, and she called the Cosmetic Surgeon.

The voice on the other end of the phone said, "Doctor Macdonald's office, how may I help you". Patricia replied, "I would like to make an appointment with the doctor". The Receptionist made the appointment for Wednesday at one o'clock pm. Patricia wrote the information down; she was excited about her appointment with the doctor.

Patricia had to get dress in a hurry, she had to get downtown to meet her husband for lunch. She decided not to tell anyone what she is planning to have done to her body. She knew if she told her husband he would try to talk her out of it. They had three children who were all grown, married, and have their own families. Patricia and her husband Clint lived in a five bedroom Condo on the upper eastside of town. Clint is an executive who own ten real estates companies in ten different cities. They had plenty of money, so she knew her husband would not object to her spending money. He loves the way she look, he constantly tell her how beautiful she is and how much he loved her. Occasionally, Clint will pay his sister Lois to encourage Patricia to take two weeks vacation trip to a beauty spa in France, He sometimes needed a break from Patricia's complaining about how old and ugly she was getting. Patricia knew if she told her husband about her plans of cosmetic surgery, he would
