Depression is a state of sadness, weakness and despair caused by many factors. It may begin with tragic events in the person's life or come from psychological problems related to their mistakes.

The basic objective reason one usually feels depressed is when they understand that they cannot change many unpleasant or unbearable situations, and their various bad consequences.

The basic personal reason why someone is dominated by depression is the dissatisfaction they feel with their lives, because they have made many mistakes by following their one-sided psychological type.

Everyone belongs to a certain psychological type, depending on the psychological function that is more developed in their psyche. Our psychological functions are based on:

- Thoughts

- Feelings

- Sensations

- Intuition

Therefore, if your psychological type is based on thoughts, you tend to completely ignore your feelings, which provokes many abnormalities in your life. The same happens if you give main importance to your feelings, sensations or intuition, ignoring your reasoning and each one of the other aspects of the reality that your under-developed psychological type cannot evaluate.

When you come to a point where you have to face the consequences of all the mistakes you have made in your life because you are one-sided, you feel hopeless, and don't know what to do. This situation triggers the common unexplained depression, which is not originated by tragic facts or events in the person's life, but by their internal conflict when they realize that they have made many wrong decisions. They are not happy with their lives and they feel that they have lost control over it.

Many times the depression one feels is personal, but also triggered by many sad facts that increase their despair.

Deceptions in love, financial problems, the loss of a loved one, bankruptcy, betrayal, accidents and diseases provoke depressed conditions, which are also related to the mistakes you make influenced by your one-sided psychological type, while you believe that they don't depend on your actions.

The truth is that everything is related in life. When you make wrong decisions, you cannot succeed. If you don't pay attention to the people that need your care, you may lose them in the end, without having the opportunity to correct your mistakes. Tragic facts and events are provoked by the negative energy of the wild side of your brain, when you let it dominate your conscience.

You can prevent depression and avoid passing though painful experiences if you care about the meaning of your dreams, translating them according to the scientific method.
