World of Warcraft is a highly unique and addictive as well as immensely popular online multi-playing role playing game which requires the user to make strategic decisions for every aspect of the game. World of Warcraft includes its very own economy "gold pieces" which are then used to pay for the various items located within the WoW universe. Just about every aspect of the players life and gameplay will require some form of payment to be made and so it is little wonder then how to maximise gold earning is a top priority for WoW players!

Thankfully there is also a wide number of money making opportunities and so the only real issue then, is which particular method of earning gold is most suitable for you? To attempt to classify any one particular method as being more valuable or effective than the others would be misleading, for such a classification is entirely subjective. One of the quickest and easiest ways to gain gold is to make use of a "gathering" class which will enable the player to collect the various resources which are located throughout the maps of the game. This is a staple of any RPG game, and is a perfectly legitimate method of both increasing the power of your character as well as stockpiling items. By having an extensive inventory, this will make bartering with other players much, much easier.

As mentioned earlier, whilst gatherers are at the basic level of the production process, becoming a craftsman is an excellent way of converting raw material into finished goods which can then be sold off at a remarkable profit. You may want to specialize within a particular niche in order to further cultivate your experience and skill level, as well as to ensure that you are competing within a massively saturated market.
