Miles from me
Inches apart, a million miles away
I can hear your voice, every word you say
I can feel your warm touch
But miss you so much
I can feel the warmth of your embrace
But I cannot see your face
What good does this do?
If I can't be holding you
You're just across the room
But a million miles from me
What is it that I can do?
To be the one you need
A single tear, a heart that breaks
A soul that yearns for your embrace
A body aching to be touched
And then there's me, who misses you so much....
