I have personally worked out at several types of gyms. I will explain to you several types: First one is the butchers shop; where all the big guys and gals go, the second one is the fashions show and I look better than you gym, and last but not least the what is this place gym-where most people have never done a proper workout which include correct form and the right weight, but they won't listen to the right direction. The I look better than you is extremely annoying, that person prances around the gym with their abs and glutinous maximums showing, still go the makeup on from last night and she over bending over pointing directly at the gentlemen who's trying to bench press 300lbs. This person tries to get all the attention and distract others from working out. Now to the butcher shop gym- where everyone is growling and tossing weights, I don't know if anyone of you has tried this type of facility out, you're not missing out on anything; it sounds like bunch of wolves howling at the moon, and the man working on the railroad all the live long day. It's like why you need to lift that much- if you're going growl and last but not least the gym where if you turn your head right or left someone is doing some extremely wrong (waiting for a injury to put themselves out of commission) that's when you say excuse me sir/ma'am but may I show you the correct way and they said, I got it. Oh one more bad etiquette that's in most gyms especially where the Please re-rack your weight sign is posted in big red letters, but the weight still don't find their home. I am a strong man, and most women can't lift the weight men can, so it's only courteous to place the weight back where it belongs. This is not only cleanliness but helps avoid someone getting injured in the long run. Just imagine someone dropping a weight on their big too...Ouch! - That's got to hurt; all because Joe Smo didn't re-rack his weight. So if you're ever in one of the gyms after you have read this article you will know exactly what I'm talking about, just take a look around at your own facility-see if you notice any of this. I bet you will see at least 2 of these discrepancies' in your gym. FYI-some gyms are meant to be the way they are, just look at the names they have chosen and usually you can come up with some meaning behind it. I have one in mind now, but I'm not going to name it; I will give you a hint. It's worldwide.
Thank for reading, it's been real, see you in the gym.
