Friendship Is

Friendship is one of those treasures in life
Something precious that can be lost or found.
Friendship is one of those tortures in life
It can tear you apart or turn your life upside-down

Friendships are as a beautiful tapestry,
Different threads and colours, shapes, sizes and patterns
All interwoven, mingling together to complete the final piece

Friendships are as the most beautiful rose bushes
You need to water them, feed them, nurture and prune them
But eventually they blossom into the most delicate, breathtaking flower

Friendship is not to be wasted in life
To be picked up or thrown away with every whim or change of the wind
Friendship is the greatest gift in life
I wouldn't give mine up for anything,
Would you?
