"The Art of Thoughtlessness"
"I think, therefore I am," some say,
But let's add a little twist-
If I can shut my mind off,
Does that mean I don't exist?
No kids, no bills, no work today
Just a sweet, ethereal ride
I want responsibility?
The truth is that I lied
So keep your books and PBS
And give me food and drink
And my own deserted island
Where I no longer have to think
Put a lid on your intelligence
If that's the best you've got
I'm gone-it's time to lose myself
