If you want to stand out from the crowd this summer and look stunning no matter what the time of day or night then you need a few beauty hints and tips to help you along your way. Sometimes it can be the simplest of things that can make the world of difference and the cheaper options sometimes work the best.

When you are worried about your eyes looking grey or tired with dark circles after one too many nights of partying then you need to take a look at the makeup that you are wearing and the beauty regime that you have in place. When it comes to make up the answers are simple. The concealer that you wear should ideally be about half a shade lighter than your natural skin color. When you think about the job that a concealer is meant to do then you will realize that it is to cover blemishes and dark under eye circles. A lighter one will mean that the eyes are instantly brightened and therefore will stop you looking so tired. Once you have done this then you can start thinking about the right eye pencil colors to brighten your eyes further and the best ones to use for this are white which will make the eyes appear wider and brighter and also navy blue or grey which will bring the attention to the white of your eyes rather than the dark bags or circles beneath them.

If you have chapped lips in the summer months then it can spoil every wonderful look that you are trying to achieve. One of the things that you can try is to smother the lips with Vaseline or other petroleum jelly and then massage with a clean and unused toothbrush. This will work in an exfoliating way and make the lips appear plumper, brush away dead skin and also make them smoother meaning that your lipstick will look much better. If all else fails then a great tip is to try and omit the salt that you would usually intake in your diet and then massage the lips with olive oil about twice per day. After a week or so of doing this you should see a great improvement and can use again when your lips are looking a bit chapped.

Everyone wants to have gorgeous cheek bones but if you are not blessed with them then you can always fake them. A blusher in a mousse or cream format that has been applied under the foundation can create a streamlined look that will make your cheeks appear rosy and pretty and can also be used when shaded correctly to give the impression of killer cheekbones. You can always go over the blusher and foundation with a powder at intervals during the day for a look that looks instantly modern and fresh.
