Torture is one of those words that sounds like what it is. It is a means of cruelty, that forces one to say what they don't know, just to stop the pain. You are a "person of interest". It doesn't matter if you know anything at all, you are going to be forced, through violent means, to say what you know. It doesn't matter to the torturer, whether you know anything or not! You will be dragged back to your cell, barely able to walk and left there until the next day, when it will begin again.

You are first, a human being. You are a Father, with children, in your Nation, and another Nation comes to your Nation and says you know something. Don't you see? It doesn't matter whether you know anything or not! You will be tortured until you say something.

You are, first a human man. What do you say to your torturers?

"I know nothing!" you say. These words will bring you more torture!

We are all human beings with our own beliefs, thoughts and our own families. Does any God give any other Nation any right to torture people because of who they are. If I am an Iraqi man, my thoughts are with my family, my home, my land, my country, just like any American would believe.

Who is it that gives anyone the right to invade, subjugate and vilify any people. What right ,on the earth, gives anyone the audacity to torture humans? There is no such right.

If you treat another human, as a human, they will be a human. If you treat an enemy as a human, they will be a human. If you torture another human, they will hate you, dreaming they can kill you! And, their sons will hate you, dreaming they can kill you. The generations will be your devout enemies. Torture brings on more enemies than it does information.

If you torture me, I will hate your sons and daughters for the rest of my days. And I will swear allegiance to all, that I want you to die!

That's what torture does to people, to human beings.

I love my American country, but if you torture me, I swear, by my Father, I will make war on you and try to kill you!

I am an American, I am a citizen of this country, I am a Veteran of my country's wars. If anyone tortures me, I will do anything I can to bring that entity down! I will try not to give in, ever! Torture will make me hate you more. Even if I give in, and say anything to stop the torture, I will swear my allegiance to anyone who opposes you, on my life! And my sons will follow me, in that hatred.

Torture does not work!
