God's Love
Truth be told there is a love so immense
That could free you of any tear or fear
In unreal ways that seem to lack all sense
This love so real vows to always be near
To be near when you call, and when you fall
To be near when you are hurt and in pain
To take you in always with flaws and all
For the price He has paid was not in vain
This love that I speak of is God's great love
The love that He proved when His blood was shed
He did it for us though unworthy of
The mercy and grace He showed us instead
For we deserve hell, but we should rejoice
Because He gave us His son, and a choice
