Recipes: Scrambled eggs

Is there really such thing as an an "easy" meal? I'd like to think so. Living a fast paced life style leaves us with a series of trends that might even include a daily trip to the near by burger joint. Lets not forget the most important meal of the day; Breakfast. Breakfast is important because it is the kick start to everyone's day. It says to you metabolism " It's time to start working". As a matter a fact most products claim to help you loose weight by starting your metabolism the way it is meant to be started. Make an effort to wake up a little bit earlier. Scrambled eggs might just be what you need.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, Some veggies(optional), Olive oil/ light butter, and your choice of seasoning.

Not only is it quick to make, but if you make it right, it also helps you loose weight. Cook eggs as directed below:

1.Start by cracking a couple of eggs in a bowl. You can even cut up some veggies (Cubed). Take a wooden spoon and scramble the eggs. Use seasoning, but dont use that much salt and keep it as natural as you can. While you are are doing all this you shoud have started the stove and put it on a low temperature. Use olive oil but if you dont have any, you can use a spoon full of light butter. Let it sit, in a skilet at low temperature.

2. When your eggs are ready, turn the stove to a hotter temperature but not high. Pour the eggs in the skilet. Carefully with a wooden spoon, start scrambling them in a soft motion. It should take about four minutes for the eggs to be ready. It iks important, that you dont over cook the eggs or under cook them. You can help this incident by simply looking at the eggs. If the eggs look ready but look a little gooey...you might want to leave them for another minute. When you have a bright, rich looking egg, then you are done! Presto!

Tip: Becareful not to over cook them. Over cooked scrambled eggs tend to taste nasty.

It might seem like alot, but it will only take you about ten minutes. Throw in some lean meat bacon and a cup of juice, and you have yourself an easy, healthy, and all too yummy breakfast.

Enjoy.
