A Worthless cause some people will say,
I do not believe that in any way.
It is not for oil it is not for greed,
It is for our homeland safety,
In which we all need.
Our Soldiers stand tall our Soldiers stand brave,
Providing the freedom that we all crave.
They should not be condemned for what they have done,
They should not be forced to retreat
Til the battle is won.
They are fighting this war for you and for me,
Reguardless of their own safety you see!
They are fighting for their country,
They are fighting for their kin,
Determined for Homeland safety
They strive hard to win.
Think long and hard about what I'm about to say,
Do you think about our precious gifts
we experience every day?
Our baby's first cry,
The sun's comfort so warm and dry,
That we all can enjoy by walking outside.
The precious rain that gives life to the seeds
that we so diligently sow,
To reward us with gifts we can reap and grow.
The beautiful sunset on the ocean so wide,
That we now have the freedom to see any time.
The glow of the morning sun that warms us all within,
When it awakens from it's nightly sleep for a wonderful
new day for us to begin.
Our most precious gift is our children
their future we should not deny,
So again from my heart I will ask you why,
There are still some among us
Who think this war a worthless cause?
I hope I have suceeded to make my point clear,
This war is for all the things we hold so dear!
Let us not forget the days of yesteryear,
For our brave Soilders we have shed many tears,
And the ultimate price was paid,
For us to keep the life we have today!
Think once, Think twice to what I say,
This war cannot be fought any other way.
If it does not stay there, it will be here,
And 09/11 will reappear.
All over this Country all over this Land,
Death around us, Death among us,
Will be the enemy's Plan.
Make no mistake of what I say,
If you do not believe in our enemy's way,
Elimination will be the order of the day!
So please give credit where credit is due,
And think about the Red, White, and Blue,
And all of the lives lost both present and past,
So Love, Life, God, and Freedom, will forever last.
Our Soldiers are our Heroes, so let them finish their quest,
To keep our enemy at bay and give our enemy unrest.
A Worthless cause I do not believe,
It is for the life of you and me.
