The bigger the self-interested politician, the harder they fall. There are many ways to take back America from self-interested politicians; let us count the ways.
Vote for Change:
President Obama may have used this motto, however, voting for change should be everyone's goal no matter which politician they vote for. First thing to consider when it comes to a self-interest politician, is to identify which politicians are into politics for the betterment of American voters and which ones are into politics for themselves.
Sifting the selfish from the selfless can be tricky, but can be done. Follow the issues and political path that each politician has taken. Sometimes old policies and news reports can unveil ghosts in selfish closets. Voting is a great way to contribute in taking back America from self-interested politicians.
If you do not like the policies of President Barack Obama because you may feel that Obama shows signs of being a self-interested politician, vote for change in 2012.
If you do not like the self-interest politicians that seem to be running your state, vote during the next round to contribute to the possible "changing of the guard" to bring in someone pushing for the interest of Americans.
Gut Self-Interest Politicians From the Inside:
It's never too late to get fully involved into politics from the inside. Granted to work up that ladder may take some time and money, however the results could be priceless. For a person with their foot in the door, they are one step closer to contributing towards making a difference. Once a person puts full effort into supporting their cause within the political ring with the American citizen in mind, amazing things can happen for America.
What have you learned from Judge Matthews? Matthews is a great example of what can happen when you make a change from the inside. Matthews had a record, turned his life around to help build a better future for troubled children through structure and balance. Matthews went back to school and worked his way up the ranks to become Judge Matthews. Now Matthews can make the difference happen instead of watching it from the sidelines. Judge Matthews helped countless numbers of America's youth. Just as Matthews had done, it's never too late to join that debate with America's interest in mind.
Remembering that becoming involved deeper than the ballot box can result in taking back America from self-interest politicians.
