Stained glass windows, if you can come up with a clever marketing strategy, can turn into a nice stream of income for you. You don't have to work with glass. It's possible to make rugs with rustic and old-fashioned mosaics using wool.

Apart from hobbies and skills there may be other positions in your town or city with needs that aren't being met. The laws of supply and demand dictate that if there is no competition then you can get more money for the service you provide.
