Trust is the most important aspect of any type of relationship. Trust is something that is earned it is very rarely just given. In order for a friendship to last and be beneficial to both people there has to be a strong foundation of trust.

Trust means basically the same thing to everyone with just a little variation but earning that trust is unique to each person. There are a thousand ways to earn someone's trust but not every way works for every person. It is important when trying to build trust that you take into account the person you are trying to build the trust with and their past. Someone who has been hurt or has had their trust broken will be harder to build trust with than someone who has not.

There are many ways to build trust in a friendship after you have taken into account the person and their past. It is important when trying to build trust with someone that you do not lie to them. Lying will always catch up to you and will destroy any trust that you have built. When building trust it is important that you are available when they are having a hard time. When someone is having a hard time they depend on their friends and they will remember who was there for them when things get better.

Communication and honesty are important in building trust in a friendship. A person will respect your opinion and trust you more if you are willing to tell them the truth. Honesty can go a long way in building trust in a friendship.

Building trust in a friendship is important. It is important that once trust is built that you do not destroy it. Once trust is destroyed it is next to impossible to get back. Always try to build trust and never destroy it. There are just as many ways to destroy trust as there is to build it. Breaking trust is the fastest way to end a friendship.

Trust in a friendship is a wonderful thing. Trust is what makes a friendship so special without it you will not ever be close friends. Everyone needs close friends. People with close friends they can trust are often happier. Building trust may take a little bit of time but it is often worth it. If you take the time to build trust in a friendship it can last many years, sometimes even a lifetime. Building trust in a friendship is absolutely necessary for a happy productive friendship.
