Writing can be considered an art form of the imagination. Writing allows creativity to flow from every aspect of your being and release all that you wish in a matter of a few descriptive words.
Writing can be passionate and come straight from the heart. Love, relationships or past wounds are often insight for poetic justice.
Writing can also be an outlet for anger. Therapeutic anger management at its best. Erupting from within, a different kind of passion inspires many to write.
Anger and frustration go hand in hand and some situations in life do not allow us to react in the moment causing all kinds of inner tension that could be brought home and unwittingly shared with loved ones.
Writing is a good "could have should have" tool for brewing emotions. What you couldnt say then, say it now say it proud!
Articles about subjects you love to debate about become pieces of work having the freedom to express yourself from your own point of view.
Creative writing such as poems, stories or plays give emotional perception to the arts. Allowing the imagination to flow freely with no boundaries.
Tradition pen and paper writing is almost a thing of the past as typewriters were invented and now our new age way of writing release on the world wide web. A vast universe with little to no limits.
Personal blogs reflecting your day can be as wonderful as a scrapbook with photos and stories of memories, even the not so great ones. Privacy settings allow us to feel more secure sharing on line. Always beware of what you post public on line, any embarrassing or possibly hurtful blogs could be read by someone you don't intend to hurt, so be careful.
Ranting in an on line blog is the newest form of self anger management. What ever is annoying you, upsetting you or just makes you feel as though you are about to explode can be easily released on an on line blog which most are free to access.
Keeping a journal on line or writing in a paperback you keep in the bedside drawer can help you reflect on any personal issues you can't tell to just anybody for whatever reason. It can help obtain goals, reflect to
figure out a problem or simply get things off the mind before sleeping.
You don't always need to be a professional with a degree to write. All you need to start is a book of blank paper and a pen, mixed with a little emotion, inspiration and motivation anyone can use writing as a therapeutic release.
