Avoid the void
She eats you up
And pens your poems
Without you.
The void she comes
On cushioned feet
Sneaks behind
Scaring the soul.

Avoid the void
A pure drug
Hallucinogen
Acidic buzz.
She weaves a web
Entangles thought
Topsy-turvy
Twisted dance.
-
Beautiful stranger
Captives walk
Back to their homes
Much braver;
Wearing white
Demonic ruse
She'll never be
Your saviour.

An empty void- dark and cold as stone;
A great vague feeling of incompleteness,
Elliptical blackness
Omitting hope from your promise
You pledge only to swallow me
You are the ghost carnivore
Gaping jaws,
