correcting human misbehavior. It is solely a concept of infinite non-being. The debate between atheism and religion should only be a philosophical debate regarding the courage and anxiety related to man's finitude or being and non-being. Introducing the abuses of the church and the fallacy of the church's faith history literature is related strictly to human behavior and man's perception of God's response. If this is stripped away from the debate, it eliminates the atheistic flawed use of God to argue that there is not a God. Outside of the debate, man is still left with abuses of humanity related to secularism such as nationalism, culture, and ethnicity.
Even if the concept of overman or ubermensch, introduced by Nietzsche, where man is stripped of religion and where he adopts a moral high ground suggested by Nietzsche and Marx, the concept and movement would become institutionalized. Rules would emerge and dogma would follow. By its very nature, any adopted set of rules or moral foundation will inevitably become dogmatic. Our human nature and free will, or individualism will introduce differences of opinion. The Soviet Union and China are examples of this. Consider the many faces of atheism; implicit (conscious inexperience), explicit (conscious disbelief), strong (affirmation), weak (all other forms of disbelief), positive (positive secular values), rational (philosophical argument), practical (scientific method), theoretical (theistic response), and anthropocentric (higher absolutes). Man has done this before. Consider the Ten Commandments, early Deuteronomistic history, the teachings of Jesus Christ, and the Quran. The religions of Abraham have offered moral standards that are so pure that they are called holy and these standards are arguably perfect yet the religions of Abraham splintered. Just because man chose to abuse these standards does not make them less valid or less perfect. Just because new moral standards are introduced does not mean that man will strip man of unacceptable human behavior. Therefore, it is illogical to think that atheism is a solution for human misbehavior and religion is a primary cause of human misbehavior.
The first important consideration should be addressed. Atheism occurred after theism. Man considered theism before man considered atheism. Man considered theism for the purpose of dealing with the anxiety, fear, and courage related to the lack of scientific knowledge and man's finitude in an infinite universe. If
