Intercourse is not just healthy for you physically, it is also good for you emotionally. Making love, elevates your mood, eases depression and stress, helping you to not only relax, but to actually sleep better and longer.

While making love cannot solve every medical problem you might encounter in your life time it does have many health benefits. When combined with a loving relationship, you could find yourself being healthier and happier than you ever thought possible.
