It took a lot to organize a birthday party, that's what Richard Davidson was now finding out. He had decided to have his 21st birthday celebrated on the beach. Mandiva Beach was less than a mile from where he lived, so it seemed like the ideal location for his party. He had invited about fifty of his friends, and they would probably bring some of their friends and family too. This was going to be a night to remember Richard thought, as he picked up his cell phone to call his girlfriend Caroline Green
"How is everything at your end, honey?" Richard asked.
"Everything is fine here, I've made the cake just as you wanted it. It looks fabulous!"
Richard could picture Caroline sitting with a huge smile on her face, her long, curly, red hair flowing over the sides of her face. She had the greenest eyes he had ever seen, so pretty, they almost looked unreal.

He wasn't one for getting all dressed up, he preferred the more casual look.
"It's lovely," he said, as Caroline placed the cake on the kitchen table. "That will certainly feed all the people at the party, thanks honey," he said as he pulled her forward to kiss her.
Caroline's face got a little red, "Thanks," she replied shyly.
"Let's get all this food and drink down to the beach, the party starts in an hour, we'll need time to prepare."
"Sure, lets go," said Caroline.
They got in Richards little red Ferrari and headed for the beach. They probably could have walked the mile there, but driving was better, and Richard wanted to show off his gift from his parents. It wasn't everyday your parents bought you a brand new Ferrari, and
