Whoa, hold on a sec. I'm a little taken aback here. Is my vision going out on me or is this really a hot topic for debate? Due to the fact that I am indeed viewing these words as I type them, must vision must still be intact. But I've gotta say, I'm not sure this debate is going to hold up for long.

Let's break it down. You and your man have absolutely no intimacy issues. You're "together" often. Hell, the passion is through the roof. He constantly expresses his unending love for you in more ways than one, if you catch my drift. Yet one quite saturday morning, you stumble upon him boldly gazing into the ass and boob-filled television screen. And you flip faster than a trick monkey at a circus.

Stop right at this very moment. I'd like to take just a few steps backward. The intimate side of your love life is great, the not so intimate side of your love life is great - your love life is exceedingly wonderful overall. But you don't hesitate to lose your lunch all up in his face when you catch him harmlessly staring at a couple of pimps and whores on your flatscreen; in high definition, even. I'm thinking...high definition porn, what a lucky fella! Of course he is. Well, was, until you walked into the room.

I'll break on hypothetical storytime for a minute. We're moving into analyis now. Exactly why are you mad? I think I might be able to answer that for you. I'm gonna go with the classic, "but he's watching other women when he should be watching me!" Slam on the brakes, dear. He can't watch you all the time. I don't think any man out there, not even one of those buffed up monsteresque pornstar men, has the amount of stamina for that. Give him a little break. You were downtown at the mall shopping with a few of your girlfriends and he was simply bored. Think about it from that perspective.

On to analyis part deux. You're probably thinking, "he doesn't love me anymore!" Crank the e-brake and spin around to face me, please. We're going to back up just a few steps to the second paragraph in which we established that your beloved man does indeed love you more than anything in the world. And then we'll take a couple of steps forward and remember that it's purely out of boredom. Boredom wins sometimes. Hell, and even if he's actually into it, is that such a bad thing? He might learn a thing or two and take it upon himself to teach it to you in the bedroom!

Am I making a pretty strong generalization? Sure. I probably am. But for a large majority of women out there, this just might hold true. If everything else, or most everything else, in your lives as a couple is great, then what's the problem? Simple - there isn't one.
