Work, work and more work is piling up! Is that so in your current live?
Do you get paid for working O.T. (Over Time)? Yes? Good, so you are not wasting your time. Okay, so that is not the main point.
Ask yourself this. Do you work late because you had been lazy before and have to catch up now? If it is a YES, you may consider changing your work attitude immediately. No? Perharps you are not spreading the work out over time, or seeking your colleges for help.
Working late once in a while is fine, since there are times and situations where the needed work needs to be completed or meet the dateline. However, if you find yourself constantly caught up in this cycle of working late everyday, it may be time to sit up and ponder for yourself.
Working late means that you spend more time at the workplace and less at home with the family. This may distance you and strain family relations over time. It also means that you have less time for yourself. You no longer have the time to play sports and games. You cannot relax yourself, both physically and mentally. Eventually, you feel exhausted and 'burn-out' as we call it.
Look for a balance in your work life, and stay healthy. Do not keep at working late for too long!
