Conversations with Dad
Yes Dad, I heard you
You want me off the phone.
What's that? I've gone over
My minutes again?
No Dad, you must be wrong.
Can you take me to the mall, Dad?
Will you loan me a few dollars?
I need a ride to work, Dad.
My boyfriend will pick me up.
What do you mean you don't
Like me seeing him?
Dad, you're so old fashioned.
You need to get a clue.
I'm not going to get into trouble
Like some of those other kids at school.
I made it, Dad, through college
That old boyfriend was a jerk.
You were right, Dad.
I'm glad you paid attention.
You noticed what I'm worth.
