Short Stories: Teddy Bears

Teddy Bears, Teddy Bears, everywhere you look there were loads and loads of Teddy Bears. My friend had probably well over a thousand or more. Just about every room in the house had Teddy Bear knick knacks as well as stuffed Teddy Bears. She loved them.

While sitting there looking at them, I thought to myself, I could write a story about these bears and that's just what I did.

The story unfolds starting with a stuffed red Teddy Bear called Rosy. She was sitting in a wicker Chair holding a laced heart shaped pillow with the word, LOVE on it. She was about ten or twelve inches high. It just so happens that the Moon was shining through a nearby window. The Moon had a magical moon beam which touched the Teddy Bear on it's nose and she became alive.

Rosy was just as surprised at being alive as you and I would become if w3e had seen such a thing. Anyway Rosy had jumped down out of the chair and laid the pillow in the chair. She wondered why the Moonbeam had chosen her to come alive. She looked around and then she figured out how to climb down the corner of the shelves. She had seen so many Teddy bears all over on shelves.

She walked over to this one shelf and this ceramic Teddy Bear was lying on his side in a thinking mode. He was about five inches tall, she touched him, as she did he came alive. He exclaims, "Whoa! What the heck is going on here?"as he looks up and sees Rosy standing there.

"Who are you?" he asked her.

"I'm Rosy, and you?"she asked.

"My name is Theo." he answered.

"Nice to meet you Theo." she says.

Rosy reaches over and touches another ceramic Teddy Bear the same size as Theo, dressed in a Ballerina dress. "Whoa, what's happening ?" she squeals.

Rosy says, "Hello there, what's your name?"

"Oh, my name is Roseline, how do you do?" she says.

Rosy introduced Theo to Roseline. They shook hands. Theo asked Rosy what she was going to do since she seemed to have powers to awaken all the Teddy Bears. He asked her, "Surely, you're not going to awaken all of these,bears there's thousands."

"Oh no, I think I just need you two to go with me." said Rosy

"Go where?" asked Roseline

"I'm not sure, something seems to be telling me that we have a mission to complete." answered Rosy. She placed Theo on her left shoulder and Roseline on her right shoulder and started walking through the house.

She entered into the living room, they saw that there was a furry little dog laying asleep on the sofa. Rosy put her finger to
